Avrini Return and Refund Policy

At Avrini, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

  • Our team will provide you with a detailed return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Avrini is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

2. Partial Refunds

  • Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
